메모 : 모든 일이 너무 복잡하게 얽히고 도저히 어떻게 해야 할지 모를 때는 다음과 같은 세 단계로 일을 처리해 보라. 첫째, 도랑에 빠진 젖소를 끌어낸다. 둘째, 젖소가 어쩌다가 도랑에 빠지게 되었는지 알아낸다. 셋째, 젖소가 그 도랑에 다시는 빠지는 일이 없도록 필요한 모든 조치를 취한다.
